About EB-5 Visa
The EB-5 visa program offers foreign investors and their families a pathway to U.S. permanent residency (green card) by stimulating the economy through job creation and capital investment.
To qualify, investors must make a minimum investment of $1,050,000 in a new commercial enterprise or $800,000 in a targeted employment area (TEA) with high unemployment or rural designation. The investment must create or preserve at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs within two years of obtaining conditional residency.
Funds must be lawfully obtained through legitimate means, such as business, employment, inheritance, or gifts. EB-5 also allows for concurrent filing, granting conditional permanent residency for two years after the investment starts.
After this period, investors must prove the investment was sustained and the job creation requirements were met to remove residency conditions.

Regional Center Example
Singh entered the US on a tourist visa with his family and 90 days after arriving decided to invest his money with a regional center.
The regional center was working on a project for Amazon, and the client quickly invested $800,000.
A conditional green card arrived about 1 year after filing with the permanent green card arriving two years afterwards.
Singh got all of his $800,000 wired back to him from the regional center soon afterwards.
Own Company Example
Arthur wanted to do eb5 direct with his own company. He arrived to the US on an E2 visa that we completed for him and his family.
About a year after arriving on the E2 Arthur was ready to adjust to a green card through eb5. Since he had already invested $100,000 into his business for the E2, he only needed to invest an additional $700,000 and hire a total of 10 workers within 2 years.
He is currently on his approved conditional green card and has already invested 400,000 total and hired 6 workers. He plans to finish his remaining investment and hire workers before Summer of 2025.
